Job Details:
- Inspect and clean clubhouse patios, pool deck and sidewalks daily. Pressure wash floors when necessary.
- Empty outside trash containers daily. Replace trash bag liners. Clean exterior trash container when necessary. Empty the outside trash containers anytime these containers are full.
- Inspect and clean pool chaises and chairs weekly. Use detergent cleaner with little bleach.
- Inspect and clean table tops at the pool and patio daily. Wipe off residual water from table tops.
- Inspect and clean patio furniture weekly.
- Inspect and clean exterior patio ceiling fans weekly.
- Inspect and clean clubhouse exterior walls, soffits and patio ceilings weekly.
- When storm approaches, assist the pool attendant to lower pool umbrellas.
- At closing time each night, PM custodian must assist the pool attendant to reset the pool furniture and close the pool area and gates.
- PM custodian must inspect restrooms at least three times each evening to pick up paper debris, flush toilets and mop excess water from floor.
- Custodians are on call for the welcome desk to assist guests whenever necessary.
- Report any damages to the clubhouse / pool or the landscape to the maintenance supervisor or CAM.
Inspect and clean gatehouse exterior walls, soffits and ceiling weekly.
- Inspect and clean sidewalks daily. Blow off dirt and mulch debris when necessary. Pressure wash algae from sidewalks where necessary.
- Inspect and clean playground equipment daily.
- Blow off dirt and debris from tennis and basketball courts when necessary. Mop stains on courts when necessary.
- Rake and level sand in volleyball court when necessary.
- Blow off dirt and debris from putting greens daily. Return stones to mulch bed when necessary.
- Wipe clean park benches daily.
- Empty outside trash containers daily. Replace trash bag liners. Clean exterior trash container when necessary.
- Report any damages to the recreation equipment or the landscape to the maintenance supervisor or CAM.
Inspect and pick up trash daily.
- Inspect and clean streets and sidewalks daily where necessary.
- Inspect and pick up trash on grounds in front of townhomes daily. Inspect and pick up litter on the grounds in back of the townhomes weekly.
- Inspect and clean exterior walls for front and sides of townhomes monthly where necessary. Pool equipment and screen enclosures are homeowner responsibility.
- Report any damages to the townhome building or the landscape to the maintenance supervisor or CAM.
- Inspect and clean streets and sidewalks daily where necessary.
- Pick up any trash daily where necessary.
- Should you discover any business from this area distributing flyers to homes, condominiums or townhomes, please ask them to stop the distribution, to pick up their material and to leave this community based upon our “NO SOLICITATION” policy. Submit a copy of this flyer to the CAM office for legal notice.
- Inspect and clean ramp and chute at trash compactors daily.
- Clean out compactor bay each time the compactor bin is pulled for trash disposal.
- Report any operation failure for the trash compactors or damages to the compactor area to the maintenance supervisor or CAM.
